Aidian Thomas - Since 1995, Aidian has focused
the business he founded in 1987 on internet recruitment, and  provided
these services to a select group of clients. As an early adopter
and pioneer in internet recruitment, Aidian was quick to realize
and translate the benefits of this technology into a competitive
advantage for his clients. His principal day-to-day responsibility
is to work with clients to develop position requirements and to
manage the Segue back-end processes related to candidate acquisition,
screening, assessment and messaging. Aidian holds a Bachelor’s
Degree, a Diploma in Computer Programming, and has 17 years of experience
in the Information Technology Industry.
Jennifer Heagle – Before becoming a partner
in Segue, Jennifer held a number of roles at both the managerial
and executive level with local and global technology companies.
As a classic entrepreneur, shareholder and managing partner she
has founded, built and sold  companies.
As a manager and executive her roles have encompassed responsibilities
for P&L, strategy development and execution, as well as business
evaluation and acquisition. She brings 17 years of broad business
experience to Segue, where she’s involved principally in business
development, project management, strategic account management and
business consulting.
